Why are we here?  To say every penny counts right now is an understatement. The little things matter as we head into tougher and tougher times. A neutral, unbiased set of eyes (and pair of hands) can be the difference between being in business and avoiding issues becoming problems. In other words, we minimise the likelihood of a bad review.

What’s the catch? No catch. We come to your location and focus on a few areas: layout, merchandising, customer service, customer retention, loyalty, and marketing/media strategy. After this we give you a detailed report of actionable items with a traffic light system. There are two Shop Whisperer package: ‘The Whole Nine Yards’ £999 (split into two payments) which takes two days, or the ‘Quick Wins’ package which is £499 (one-payment) and takes one day.

We keep things simple with two invoices for ‘The Whole Nine Yards’, and one for the ‘Quick Wins’ package. Payment is always taken upfront.
