TBD 2024
Sponsorship
Welcome to the TBD ‘Fascia’ sponsorship page.
Many unique elements make TBD the day attendees remember and tell others about over the next 12 months. I am proud to say TBD ‘Fascia’ will be our sixth year, and thanks to the +35k database and worldwide audience, we're stronger - and more vital - than ever. If you don’t see something that captures your eye below but have been burning to do something unique let us know! There's no one size fits all in business right now or at TBD, so let me know what you're comfortable investing/spending, and we'll create a specific package that caters to your objectives/needs for each one. Anything in strikeout has already been taken.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Paul.

SPONSORABLE ELEMENTS (SOME REGULAR, SOME BESPOKE TO 2024) ⬇️
‘MATERIAL-SEUM’ - £5-15k
'Fascia’ is all about connections, connectof the future; what better way to showcase this than an immersive and interactive walkthrough museum-esque experience. Plinths, projectors and more will showcase reasons to be hopeful for the future. Attendees will be able to touch, taste, and test products from brands they’ve never heard of to products like an anti-surveillance scarf, plus a lot more. The TBD ‘Material-seum; is designed to be spoken about, Instagrammed and remembered.
TALENT aka ‘STAGE’ SPONSOR - £5k (four available)
Nobody at TBD pays their way onto the stage, but they can sponsor a whole section. TBD pays its talent (when they can take the money). Due to having +30 of them, we cap the fee. Via the TBD Forest that’s powered by Ecologi, we also offset their carbon for 12 months after the conference. This is the biggest promotional package available at TBD as it is the core part of the day. TBD is a diverse and inclusive stage, D.I.C.E. gave as a ‘recommended’ rating for the last three years.
LIMITED EDITION TBD ITEM - £5-10k
Luxury, limited-edition TBD items are a secret until the day of the conference. We’ve created our own gin (‘Ory’), created a hanging calendar, weighted desk pad and TBD has a tradition to create limited-edition, high-end, sustainable merch that is also sold on the TBD Merch store to plant more trees in the TBD Forest. At ‘Espérance’ we plan on creating a tea-towel with up-and-coming artists that attendees can create and take home. Attendees will also create the items that will be sold in the merch store and sign them with a message of hope.
Always a crowd puller/pleaser.
INTERACTIVE/TAKE-HOME ATTENDEE ITEM - £5-10k
‘Moments’ we created at early TBD events are still talked about now. From desk zen gardens to bespoke sleep kits, TBD enables attendees to create unique and personal items for use on or after TBD has finished. Multiple options exist from hydro-graphic dipping, sensory candle creation, and we match the experience with the sponsor messaging/objectives.
Incredibly brandable, treasured, easy to do.
SLAM POET - £5k
Bringing the crowd to their feet and tears to their eyes since TBD's inception. Miss Yankey, isn't just a crowd favourite at TBD; she's TBD's Resident Slam Poet. Regular on the international circuit, the package gets you two performances at the conference, and one that is released after the conference, Miss Yankey's words don't fall on deaf ears.
LUNCH - £10-15k
An important part of the day, the fuel to help attendees encode and immerse themselves in the content and experiences. is paramount to TBD’s success. We’ve worked with Deliveroo to up-and-coming culinary startups who launched products at TBD. Lunch is always a special time at TBD. No mini plates, it’s healthy, hearty food that’s designed to maximise brain power. At the last physical TBD, we created a ‘moment’ with Black and Blum where attendees could keep their luxury food receptacles (washed of course!).
MORNING/AFTERNOON SNACK - £2k per or £3k for both
The 'moments' that make TBD are where the group comes together and experiences something as a whole. Previously we have taken nootropics, CBD shots and 'eaten' water (pictured). We have some even more unique options for this year. Always a talked-about moment that lingers and gets talked about.
TBD BRACELET & TOTEM - £2k per or £3k for both
TBD uses different elements to bond the group into a homogenous unit utilising carefully selected methods; one is the TBD Totem, a small badge (coming on a branded card) with an idea or effigy that helps the wearer recall information and have a better day. Thanks to covid, TBD will also create a limited-edition bracelet that helps people maintain their comfort on the day and helps them after the event is over.
CREATE YOUR OWN SPECTACLE - £5k and up
We never set out to create ‘Executive Curling’ but that’s what we did at the last TBD. Utilising the creative brilliance of KT1 Studio, TBD works to creates unique experiences for the conference that last beyond the day. KT1 is Kingston School of Art's in-house creative team who deal in 'wow moments'. You can be as hands-on or off as you like, but you’re guaranteed to get people talking about what they create or make happen for you at TBD.
